showing you have paid to be in the show, this ticket
you redeem for the show display card.
-
Know your GSCA number, it is by your name on
the mailing label of every GS X-tra issue.
-
Know your car! What class do you want to be
in? Will your car qualify for that class? Does your car have
the correct VIN for that class?
-
Be on time. Allow time for waiting in line.
Late registration cannot be accepted, cutoff time is 9:30 AM.
-
It is your responsibility to be properly
registered at the event.
At the Car Show:
-
When you enter the show area you must check
with a show official for class registration and placement in
the correct show class.
-
Be careful in selecting the correct class for
your car. A show official has the option to reclassify any car
in case of any dispute regarding correct class even after

-
Once the class is determined, your show
registration ticket will be exchanged for the show display
card by a show official.
-
Proceed directly to your class area and park,
another show official will be glad to help you.
-
As most of the show area will be crowded, be
courteous and do not block isles by setting up tents, tables,
or other items until all cars are parked.
-
Show cars with incorrect VINs for the class
will be disqualified.
-
Show cars winning first place two years in a
row in the same class will not be eligible for a trophy the
third in that class. For the third year the car may: 1. Show
in another class if applicable. 2. Remain in the class with a
special no vote Two Time 1st Place Winner Trophy Plaque. This
requires that you have your registration in by April 4 stating
your intentions for two time winner status. 3. Show and be
judged in Concours. 4. Sit out a year and return to normal
voting the following year.
-
Cars not registered at the event by 9:30AM
will not be judged or be eligible for a trophy.
-
Cars will only be judged with the registration
form properly filled out and displayed on the dash under the
windshield on the driver's side.
-
Classes "A" through "P" will be judged by a team
of judges using a 100 point system. Reference the
following judging worksheet.
-
Concours classes will be judged by a team of
judges using a 400 point system.

to safety concerns.

categories.
